Are you looking to make a difference in security cooperation?

Sincerus is looking for an experienced professional and a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our Training Team in support of partner nation THAAD Firing Units. We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Maintenance Trainer to support our Training Team in preparing newly-formed THAAD Firing Units to achieve Table VIII certification. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the employment, operation, maintenance, and logistics of the THAAD system and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the "Systems of Systems" program.

Job Description: Lead maintenance trainer for our Training Team which is preparing a newly formed partner THAAD Firing Unit to complete Table VIII. The best candidate will be a subject matter expert in the employment, operation, maintenance, and logistics of the THAAD system. Have an established knowledge base when utilizing the "Systems of Systems" program. Serves to coach, teach, mentor, and evaluate soldiers in THAAD system on maintenance procedures. Monitors the THAAD system and related support equipment to prevent, detect, diagnose, or repair operator error and/or system malfunctions. Has experience working with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) teams while conducting troubleshooting procedures and reports. Evaluates the effectiveness of battery, battalion, and brigade maintenance programs. Manages the use and care of special tools and support equipment. Monitors and coordinates the installation of modifications to the THAAD system. Implements proper safety and security procedures applicable to the operation and maintenance support of the AMD system. Has experience with electronic missile maintenance. Works with 3 or more 14T or 12P Downrange maintenance instructors to provide the best maintenance training for the Saudi firing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, instruction, mentorship, and evaluation to soldiers on THAAD system maintenance procedures.
  • Monitor the THAAD system and associated support equipment to prevent, detect, diagnose, and resolve operator errors and system malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) teams to conduct troubleshooting procedures and provide detailed reports.
  • Assess and enhance the effectiveness of maintenance programs at the battery, battalion, and brigade levels.
  • Manage the use, care, and accountability of special tools and support equipment.
  • Oversee and coordinate the installation of system modifications for the THAAD platform.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols related to the operation and maintenance of the AMD system.
  • Leverage expertise in electronic missile maintenance to support operational readiness.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Sincerus maintenance instructors (14T and 12P) to deliver high-quality maintenance training for partner's firing unit.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth technical knowledge of the THAAD system, including its operational and logistical components.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced missile defense systems.
  • Proven ability to work within multinational and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in training and evaluating maintenance personnel in a high-stakes environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Two (2) years' experience in a U.S. Army THAAD Battery
  • Doctor's certificate of physical health; immunizations
  • Background check and secret clearance

Desired Experience:

  • CW3 experience
  • Five years of experience as an MOS 140L in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion or THAAD Battery
  • "Systems Integration and Check Out" (SICO) experience with supporting contractors
  • Instructor experience
