A growing sales organization in Johor Bahru is seeking a self-driven Sales Executive. This role focuses on generating sales through active customer engagement using online platforms and social media. Responsibilities include sourcing potential customers, closing sales, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Qualifications

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Executive who is motivated to generate sales through active customer engagement and personal effort. This role is sales-focused. Marketing tasks are used as tools to support your own sales activities and help you reach higher results.
- Actively source and approach potential customers via online platforms and social media
- Communicate with customers to understand needs and close sales
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records
- Assist with basic marketing content and promotional updates for sales use
- Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
- This is a target-based sales role
- Commission is not guaranteed, but there is no ceiling
- The higher the sales achieved, the higher the commission earned
- Sales targets are challenging
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia required; and ability to converse in Chinese is an advantage)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and basic marketing skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
