Job description

We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning Sales Coordinator to join our team at Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, tracking orders and deliveries, and managing customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
• Liaise with other departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Finance, to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Coordinate sales team activities, schedules, and daily operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy in documentation and checking product conditions
• Prepare and organize sales presentations, including updating brochures, slides, and other materials
• Process paperwork such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, preferably within the sales industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues and management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
