Requirement
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably within the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
  • Strong of air conditioning systems, including different types, functionalities, and energy efficiency considerations.
  • Proficiency in sales management techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Solid technical sales acumen, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the company's location in Jalan Raya 5, Kawasan Serdang Jaya, Serdang, Selangor, 43300, Malaysia.
Responsibility

  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations, clearly outlining product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest air conditioning technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities through continuous learning and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service for clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
