• Solid understanding of business development principles and strategies to drive sales growth.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of 3M, Honeywell Safety, and related products.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
