Job summary
A real estate company seeks a motivated sales representative to promote properties and provide exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, maintain relationships, and handle administrative sales tasks. A diploma/degree in marketing or communication and relevant experience in sales or marketing are required. Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to promote and sell properties under the UEM Sunrise portfolio. The role involves actively participating in sales campaigns, roadshows, events, promotions, and product launches. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, and handle administrative tasks related to sales. Regular reporting and feedback to management are also essential components of the role.
Job Accountabilities
Providing guidance and assisting buyers on matters related to property purchase. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; delivering excellent pre- and post-sales service.
Updating and maintaining the customer database. Developing buyers by engaging potential customers during marketing activities, greeting drop-ins, placing advertisements, and responding to inquiries via calls or the website.
Generating weekly sales reports and other reports required by management.
Preparing for roadshows, marketing activities, and product launches.
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the sales gallery and showrooms.
Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competences
Indicate the minimum qualifications needed to perform the job effectively.
Formal Education
Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Work Experience
Relevant experience in digital/media advertising, marketing, or sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
