Job Description

We're growing and looking for a Business Development Executive with grit, coupled by the ability to break down and communicate high level concepts to potential members and relevant stakeholders. You'll play an important role in bringing in leads to grow our member base, and help to develop sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

This is a role with high commissions. You will be working closely and reporting to the company's management team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Help drive sales growth for DOJO's workspace solutions by acquiring new members (clients) and securing contracts
  • Identifying growth opportunities, formulating sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives to expand DOJO's competitive position
  • Contribute business development ideas and strategies, and executing tenaciously to achieve growth objectives
  • Determining client objectives and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their needs
  • Prospecting new member leads and identifying relevant channels to capture member leads
  • Building relationships with real estate agents and following up to identify potential prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and future members
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business with existing members while staying on top of membership renewals
  • Managing relationships with existing members, and maintaining accounts
  • Maintaining updated CRM records
  • Gathering and consolidating market intelligence, including information on market trends, projects, clients and competitors in the industry
Qualifications
  • Experience in a related field (sales) is preferred but not necessary as fit is prioritised for this role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin are must-haves
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent is preferred
  • Must possess your own transport
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
