  • Lead product development: Drive innovation and improvement in product formulations and processes.
  • Review formulations: Ensure all formulations meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct shelf life studies: Perform necessary studies to ensure product longevity and safety.
  • Maintain documentation: Keep all R&D documentation up-to-date and compliant.
  • Stay informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in committees: Engage in GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, and other relevant committees.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations: Assess product quality through sensory analysis.
Who are they looking for?
  • Degree in Food Science: A relevant educational background is essential for this role.
