A leading management services provider in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Outsource Accounting Associate/Senior Associate to manage accounting tasks for various clients. The role includes preparing financial reports, handling payroll functions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accountancy and strong communication skills, with a proactive and meticulous approach to their work. Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or related fields.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
Responsabilités
- Handle full or partial sets of accounts and GST compliance.
- Prepare financial reports according to client policies.
- Manage payroll functions including monthly CPF contributions and IR8A submissions.

Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters
Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Outsourcing Department
Diploma/Bachelor in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications
Good command of English
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
Proactive in problem solving
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
Well versed in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Practical knowledge in various accounting software is an advantage
