A leading integrated solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll administration, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support HR functions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations. This role requires excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Senior HR Executive / Executive (Payroll & HR Administration)

Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll administration, including salary computation, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll and employment laws.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy for payroll, benefits, and reporting purposes.

Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports and other HR-related analysis for management review.

Manage and coordinate HR administrative functions such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee data maintenance.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing employment documents and ensuring a smooth induction for new hires.

Assist in handling employee benefits administration, including medical, insurance, and other staff welfare matters.

Provide support in disciplinary, performance management, and other HR operational matters as required.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with company policies.

Perform ad-hoc tasks which assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB regulations, and HR best practices.

Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).

Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
