A leading testing and inspection firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Executive to identify market opportunities, build customer relationships, and manage sales leads. Candidates with experience in the furniture industry will be advantageous. You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop business plans and participate in marketing activities. Strong selling abilities and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
Identify markets and understand of products, searching new potential customers and new market opportunities and growth of business.
Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Management of new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording and follow up with the objective of increasing revenue. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated.
Collect and communicate market and competitor’s information to corporate management team on a frequent basis.
Work with Sales Director and management team to grow the targeted vertical segments and business, develop annual business plans together with the Sales Director.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Candidates with relevant background or possess sales experience in furniture or related industry will have added advantageous.
Outstanding selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
