About the role

As the Technical Executive / Assistant to Executive Director (ED), you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling the successful operations of the Company. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will require you to work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth running of their daily activities and key initiatives.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, architectural designs, and drawings.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the Executive Director's decision-making process.
  • Serving as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and following up on action items and projects as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Property Development Industry.
