The Job

As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Executive, your primary duty will be to oversee the corporate compliance, governance and administration of companies and corporations in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Listing Requirements.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Generating statutory resolutions, minutes, forms, Bursa Securities announcements, and all other work in connection with the corporate secretarial practice for our clients
  • Advising the Board and Senior Management during Board and Shareholder meetings and any other relevant client meetings as may be required in your role as a corporate governance adviser
  • Lodging documents with the relevant authorities
  • Monitoring and complying with statutory and regulatory deadlines
  • Advising on the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Securities’ Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices in corporate governance and practices
To Be Successful In This Role, You Need To Have
  • ICSA candidates undertaking final professional papers
  • Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to pursue a career as a company secretary and be ICSA-qualified are highly encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and a willingness to learn the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (existing knowledge and experience will be an added advantage)
  • Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
