Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
  • Experience with AutoCount or other cloud-based accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete accounting records including full set of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
  • Handle daily accounting operations and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain complete accounting records including full set of accounts and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and management reports
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, government agencies, and company secretary
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and tax requirements
  • Handle daily accounting operations and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
What You Need:
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with AutoCount or other cloud-based accounting systems
