Human Resources (HR) Executive / Senior Executive
We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Executive / Senior Executive to administer all human resources operations. The ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He / She will be able to work independently and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The goal is to ensure the HR operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that rewards employees based on merit.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR data analytics.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Administer monthly & annual compensation, bonuses and benefits.
- Administer & maintain the running of the company’s Sports Club activities.
- Assist HODs in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues in a professional and unbiased manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience as an HR executive or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, conflict resolution etc.).
- Good understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Basic degree in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field.
