An educational institution in Malaysia seeks a qualified finance professional to handle all areas of financial reporting. The role requires a minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 7 to 10 years in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing financial functions, and leading a finance team. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as the position involves close interactions with senior management and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of working experience with 7 to 10 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting.
- Experience in managing financial functions, including statutory tax, treasury, and legal matters.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, able to work independently.
Responsabilités
- Responsible for financial reporting and maintaining accounting principles.
- Supervise and manage the team ensuring timely and accurate work completion.
