A leading global hotel chain in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Entry Level HR Manager to support HR operations and lead Learning & Development initiatives. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while coordinating training programs to enhance colleague skills and career growth. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and have 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

You will be responsible to support the full spectrum of HR operations, while also taking an active lead in Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. The HR Officer will assist in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and compliance, as well as coordinate, schedule, and track all training programs, including Hyatt Brand Trainings and compliance courses, to enhance colleague skills, engagement and career growth.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and workforce management is a plus.
