Job description

Manage Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers in finding the right candidates.

Facilitate Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through HR orientations, documentation management, and integration support for new hires.

Support Performance Management: Maintain accurate employee records, track key HR documentation, and assist in coordinating performance-related activities.

Coordinate Employee Development: Identify development needs, organize training initiatives, and maintain development records to support continuous learning.

Handle Employee Relations: Address inquiries, manage grievances and feedback, and escalate complex issues to foster a respectful workplace.

Enhance Employee Retention: Support engagement initiatives, organize team activities, and promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.

Liaise with Government and Local Authorities: Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage interactions with government and local authorities.

Other Assignments: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and administration.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
