Manage the RFQ/RFP process including preparation, issuance, evaluation, and communication with vendors.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather specifications, coordinate delivery schedules, and obtain necessary approvals.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal procedures, policies, and financial thresholds.

Assist in preparing recommendation papers and award justifications for management approval.

Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and audit trails.

Support vendor performance monitoring and assist with contract administration.

Resolve delivery, quality, or service-related issues through effective vendor communication.

Provide data and reporting support to supervisors as needed for procurement analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements:
