Reliable Sports Equipment (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Human Resource professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Senai, Johor, you will play a key role in managing and optimising the HR functions across our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Human Resources & Administration

Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes of workers and staff.

Manage employee records, attendance, and assist in payroll processing.

Arrange accommodation, transportation, and daily welfare for employees.

Assist in handling employee relations and HR matters.

Administration

Assist in daily administrative tasks.

Ensure the company complies with relevant labor laws, factory operation regulations, and other legal requirements.

Maintain and update various company licenses, permits, and related government documents.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the manufacturing or sports equipment industry

Must be fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and be able to communicate in English.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
