Requirements

Job Purpose

Assistant Manager, Leasing for a shopping mall plays a crucial role in driving revenue, enhancing the tenant mix, and optimizing the overall performance and competitiveness of the retail property in a dynamic and evolving market landscape.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support, implement, and execute overall leasing strategies and plans for the shopping mall.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual rental income budget and overall budget forecast for prospective leases.
  • Develop feasibility studies on current market trends and needs, and conduct research on competitive leasing and kiosk leasing trends within the shopping mall industry.
  • Handle leasing and tenancy administration functions, including preparing tenancy agreements and managing tenancy renewals.
  • Coordinate tenant fit-out processes with support from the operations/facility team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve tenants' performance and streamline tenancy and leasing operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certificates or training from relevant marketing bodies, e.g., Persatuan Pengurusan Kompleks (PPK).
  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing.
