Job Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparing quotations, sales orders and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Support in organising sales-related events, meetings, or product briefings.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to sales, managing customer records, preparing quotations, and assisting in sales coordination between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1â2 years of relevant working experience in sales administration or customer service.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and strong attention to detail.
