We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Executive to support our human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to effectively manage various administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Support onboarding processes for new hires and provide necessary training resources.

Coordinate office administration activities such as supplies management and facility maintenance.

Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.

Foster positive employee relations through effective communication strategies.

What We’re Looking For
