Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within a related industry.
- Exhibit strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Possess excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Must be willing to work full-time and be based onsite in Klang.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ability to independently manage sales territories and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and presentations to potential and existing clients, effectively demonstrating product features.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage customers’ aging collection.
