The role focuses on achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers through various activities such as roadshows, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong sales skills and a commitment to customer service.
Responsabilidades
- Meet monthly targets for credit card approval and activation.
- Participate in sales activities for card acquisition.
- Acquire new customers and cross-sell other bank products.

- To contribute and ensure that individual sales targets for the year are met.
- To participate in all sales activities organized by the bank and actively seek sales opportunities through roadshows, events, and door-to-door marketing.
- To meet the monthly targets of credit card approval, card activation, and balance transfer, as set by management.
- To participate in any roadshow or sales activities organized by the bank for card acquisition.
- Actively acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers and cross-sell other bank products where appropriate.
- Ensure all sales are conducted face-to-face, with proper customer verification to prevent fraudulent applications.
- Comply with FSA/iFSA 2013, PDPA 2010, AMLATFPUAA 2014, and other relevant guidelines.
- Maintain the bank's code of ethics.
