  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within a related industry.
  • Exhibit strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Possess excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Must be willing to work full-time and be based onsite in Klang.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to independently manage sales territories and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits and presentations to potential and existing clients, effectively demonstrating product features.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage customers’ aging collection.
