Job summary
A leading advertising agency in Petaling Jaya seeks a skilled professional to manage client relationships and campaigns. This role combines creativity with strategy, focusing on understanding client needs and delivering effective marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency and a solid grasp of marketing principles. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, contributing to successful campaign outcomes.

- Prior experience managing clients and campaigns end-to-end is a must.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign mechanics, and media channels.

- Understand client businesses, objectives, and challenges to recommend proactive marketing solutions.
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Translate client briefs into actionable internal briefs and timelines.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with all stakeholders (creative, strategy, media, etc.).
- Ensure all deliverables are on time and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns for effectiveness, reporting insights to internal teams and clients.
