A leading international manufacturer is seeking a Junior to Senior Sales Executive in Selangor, Malaysia. We are looking for passionate and energetic Junior to Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic and high‑growth company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall sales administrative and strategy planning
  1. To complete a cycle of Business Review > Action Plan > PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action Process) > New Product Development plan > Sales & Channel Management Plan.
  2. Understand company products and brands and support the Departmental Sales Manager in developing Sales Channel Strategy and Operational Plan.
  3. Understand the nature of local business operations and having close communication with departmental buyers to meet their requests and services.
  4. Develop a monthly/quarterly sales promotion scheme plan. Manage end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to providing after‑sales support.
  5. Execute sales strategies to explore the business opportunity and maximize sales prospects and the company’s market penetration.
  6. New product launch and list‑in plan, as well as preparing quotations for dealers/buyers by providing the item list and ensuring a profitable margin.
  7. Work closely with and collaborate with trade marketing & marketing team to identify sales trends, key brand and product business opportunities.
  8. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  9. To support the trade marketing team in organizing market research, reports & sharing of market insights/trends. Assist market product demand investigation, competitor information collection and analysis.
  10. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports (weekly & monthly reports).
A Sales Executive's main goal is to oversee the flow of Department Store Channels’ services or products to consumers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day‑to‑day duties:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, and outlet managers.
  • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and planogram compliance in‑store and ensure a healthy supply by receiving and processing the purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing to develop POSM and POP requests and distribution arrangements.
  • Compile monthly sales reports and analyze outlet‑level sales performance to study the strategies deliverable further.
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials to buyers on new product listings.
  • Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist and participate in preparing and executing roadshows and launching events with the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time)

•30% Sales Channel Management (Daily Tasks)

•20% Collaborative work with Marketing team

•20% Clients and customer relationship management works related

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

•Passionate in Channel related works.

•At least 3 years of Departmental channel experience and handling household brand/products is an advantage.

•Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

•Positive thinker and flexibility, ability to think creatively and strategically and complete tasks individually.

•Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Admins. / Commerce / Marketing related field preferred
