A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Software Technical Support professional to support and integrate POS software solutions for banking customers. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to streamline product integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance post-deployment. Ideal applicants will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a background in technical support. Familiarity with POS systems and software development practices is also required.
