Zusammenfassung
An innovative recruiting firm is looking for a High-Volume Recruiter based in Mexico. This full-time, remote position requires a dynamic individual with 2-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in startup environments. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for operations and support roles, utilizing a sales-like approach to meet volume goals. Resourcefulness and effective communication are essential, as well as experience sourcing international talent.
Qualifikationen
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruiting required.
- Experience with early-stage startups preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and teams.
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end recruitment across high-volume roles.
- Build and maintain a predictable recruiting funnel.
- Source talent globally, including international contractors.
