We are looking for a bilingual QA Tester to ensure top-quality customer communications across IVR, mobile apps, web, chatbots, and notifications.
- Test planning and execution to ensure top-quality customer communications across IVR, mobile apps, web, chatbots, and notifications
- Perform manual QA across IVR, mobile, web, and chatbot platforms
- Identify, reproduce, and document defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Execute functional, regression, and API testing
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- 5 years manual QA experience
- Proficient in JIRA, QTest, SQL/Oracle, Postman/SOAP
- Experience testing IVR, mobile, web, chatbot platforms
- Strong functional, regression, and API testing skills
- Mexico-based with ability to use a U.S.-based phone plan
Utility/energy experience, mobile app QA, automation tools familiarity.
Hours: 9 5 CST | Remote | Contract 12 months
Pay Range: $30-32/hr on W2
