A global specialty minerals company is seeking a Sr. Technical Sales Manager in Mexico. This role involves building and leading a sales team focused on crop nutrition solutions. Key responsibilities include developing sales growth strategies, providing technical support, and managing customer relationships across various agricultural segments. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish with strong sales experience and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field is preferred. The Sr. Technical Sales Manager of Mexico will have the opportunity to build ICL’s Innovative Ag Solutions Technical Sales Team and lead the sales growth within the region. This role will require a strong leadership mindset that can identify, attract, train, and retain strong technical sales managers for the ICL team. This role will be responsible for building and growing the sales of the crop nutrition portfolio including granular, water soluble, control release, foliar, and liquid fertilizers. This will include customer relationship management from the distributor to retailer and grower level and a broad portfolio of ICL products. This role will be responsible for identify and securing the agronomy funding necessary to support the portfolio development within and sales growth within the region. This role will work closely with segment business development managers, marketing, and sales operations to ensure a positive customer experience and the highest level of commercial excellence. The crop focus will include the entirety of crops grown within the Mexico market.
Location: Must reside in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Leon, Aguascalientes Mexico
