Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be the primary link between Jingdong Mexico’s corporate offices and the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider. You will ensure operational excellence by driving vendor performance, maintaining high customer visibility, and achieving result‑driven KPIs in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3PL Vendor Management: Act as the daily point of contact for the 3PL provider. Monitor their execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report key metrics (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and dispatch timeliness to the Jingdong Mexico Offices and Customers.
• Customer Visibility: Proactively provide real‑time updates and visibility to the final customer regarding order status and potential delays.
• Abnormalities & Escalation: Identify and immediately escalated any abnormal activities, system outages, or logistics bottlenecks to ensure zero disruption to the flow.
• Inventory Control: Oversee 3PL cycle counts and physical audits to maintain near‑perfect inventory levels.
• Communication: Maintain constant, clear communication channels with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance) and Customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse supervision, understanding of Inventory, Inbound, Outbound, and team supervision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERPs.
• Result‑driven: Proven ability to hit targets in high‑volume, peak‑season scenarios.
• Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (essential for communication with customers and internal team).
• Soft Skills: High sense of urgency, proactive problem‑solver, and excellent negotiation skills.
