Description

• Lead continuous improvement projects simultaneously with different cross functional teams at multiple BU
• Perform data analysis to define improvement projects aligned to operational team strategy.
• Design of storage spaces developing a slotting strategy to optimize resources regularly.
• Design processing areas and develop new workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with WMS team to develop the optimal configuration (base configuration for all Business Units) and customized modules for special requirements for a specific BU or group of BU.
• Develop business analytics tools to support decision making.
• Analyze new equipment and tools available in the market to compare and evaluate business cases to integrate at current operations.
• Evaluate operational performance vs business model.
• Promote a Continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• English Intermediate Level written and spoken.
• Experience in Ecommerce fulfillment centers and / or distribution centers.
• Proficiency in Lean Tools.
• Proven Kaizen experiences.
• Experience in process and performance analysis, Warehouse design, Slotting and Scheduling configuration.
• Attention to Details.
• Advance level in Excel.
• AutoCAD required.
• Extensive knowledge in WMS functionalities (SQL experience desired).
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
