Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in fashion visual presentation and strong project management skills. The role involves monthly travel to different locations to enforce visual standards.

Position

Responsible for communicating and maintaining visual presentation direction and standards in Dior retail locations and wholesale as needed. Works in close relationship with Corporate and in the stores to upkeep visuals standards and report back to senior management.

Job responsibilities

• Planning, reviewing, and executing floor plans with Director of East Coast Visual Merchandising
• Provide support to Regional teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld
• Help the teams interpret corporate direction to meet the needs of their business
• Ensure the teams understand brand aesthetic and how to appeal to the target customer
• Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns expressed by stores and senior management
• Identify and communicate with stores to convey changes in visual direction
• Execute window changes and floor changes at flagship locations
• Re-merchandise according to sell thru and quantity of buys
• Implementing merchandising techniques at the store level
• Communicate store deficiencies e.g., missing fixtures, lighting etc.
• Responsible for visual direction and floor set up for new stores per the direction of the Director of Visual Presentation
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time
• Travel once a month to different Dior Boutique Locations
