A virtual assistant company is looking for a Virtual Assistant fluent in English and Spanish to provide administrative support remotely. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing emails, maintaining records, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently. This position offers flexible hours with part-time and full-time options.

Formación

  • 1 year of experience in BPO/customer service preferred.
  • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Virtual Assistant (Advanced English & Spanish) Remote

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, researching information, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working remotely and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The hours for this position are from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM EST.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage emails, calendar, and contact lists.
  • Research and compile data for reports.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Create presentations and documents.

  • $85.00 – $90.00 MXN per hour
  • 16,200 – 20,000 COP per hour
  • 35.00 – 45.00 SVC per hour

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience: BPO/Customer service – 1 year (Preferred)
