As a User Growth Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in driving user growth through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Operations teams to design, execute and optimize growth strategies across channel, promotions, campaigns and in-app communications.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution. You will translate insights into action, leverage in-app touchpoints such as banners, push notifications and CRM campaigns, and continuously iterate based on performance to maximize impact on user acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
