About the Role

Monitors variations in the company's standard costs through the recording, analysis, and development of solutions, as well as the presentation of financial information that supports effective decision-making regarding new operational plans and policies.

What You Will Do

To manage and optimize fixed and variable costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and alignment with operational objectives.

To perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.

To define and monitor KPIs that measure plant performance and cost effectiveness.

To integrate EBIT management and CAPEX planning to enhance operational efficiency and return on investment.

To perform variance analysis and strengthen internal controls to ensure financial compliance and transparency.

To lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, process optimization, and long-term value creation within the organization.
