A leading engineering company in Santa Catarina seeks a Supply Chain professional to analyze transportation plans and improve logistics efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring shipment status, generating performance reports, and supporting operational workflows. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, advanced English proficiency, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a transportation role. This position requires 24/7 availability and is 100% face-to-face.

Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related transportation position.
  • Fluent in English (Intermediate to Advanced).
  • Practical background in planning, negotiation, and customer service.

Role

Analyzes and develops transportation plans to control the movement of commodities throughout a manufacturing or distribution network to ensure the smooth running of operations at optimal transportation cost levels.

What you'll do
  • Analyzing transportation plans and identifying opportunities for improvements to meet client needs.
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date.
  • Generating and analyzing reports of transportation costs, carrier performance and lead times.
  • Assisting in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and providing solutions to reduce lead times.
Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree to the Supply Chain field or related field
  • Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)
