A leader in electronics manufacturing is looking for a Training Instructor in Jalisco, Mexico. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver training courses for personnel in the electronic assembly industry. Responsibilities include preparing manuals, validating training, and reporting progress. A degree in Business Administration and 2 years of related experience are required. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in training logistics.
  • Knowledge in electronic assembly industry and analysis techniques.
  • Experience in personnel management and knowledge transfer.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and give training courses.
  • Preparation of training manuals.
  • Validate and report monthly training progress.

Training Instructor

Education: Degree in Business Administration & related.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics of training and induction, electronic assembly industry, test equipment and analysis techniques, accelerated learning techniques, process management, personnel management, knowledge transfer and evaluation mechanisms.

Knowledge
  • Manufacturing process of the electronics industry.
  • Testing, OP. Technicians, Handling of packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Course development and Exams.
Skills
  • Ability to convince, contact with all levels, availability, teamwork and leadership.
  • Follow-up to training activities, problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and give courses.
  • Preparation of manuals and updating of documents.
  • Training Validation.
  • Monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement meetings.
  • Update and follow-up to formats that apply to training procedure.
  • Training of IL and DL personnel. Design, preparation, delivery of course programs and recording evidence. Implement and ensure training procedures implementation of HR and training strategies and requirements.
