A leading science video solutions company is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver high impact learning programs across a global organization. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in Training and Development, with strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. We're seeking a results-driven Training & Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of high impact learning programs across our global organization. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training & development solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.
Lead end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.
Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.
Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and ensure consistent on-the-job application.
Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.
Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.
8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.
Ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
