An international automotive company in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Logistics to manage and optimize logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in relevant fields and have over 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities include coordinating actions with production, designing KPIs, and leading improvement projects. Proficiency in business English is essential for effective communication in this role.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operation Logistics.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, material flow, and logistic costs management.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and align actions with production areas and Logistics Service Providers.
  • Design and implement strategic KPIs to monitor and optimize logistics processes.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct periodic process validations for quality and compliance.
  • Plan and execute Continuous Improvement Projects focused on logistics.
  • Manage material planning ensuring accurate data and inventory control.

  • Coordinate and align actions with production areas and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure operational continuity, even in critical situations such as line stoppages, shift extensions, or unexpected disruptions.
  • Design and implement strategic KPIs to monitor and optimize the performance of logistics processes, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the seamless execution of both administrative and physical processes, while effectively managing any technical or organizational equipment failures.
  • Conduct periodic process validations to ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency within the logistics department.
  • Plan, execute, and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) focused on optimizing physical logistics processes and generating sustainable value.
  • Manage material planning processes, ensuring accurate master data management and efficient inventory control at the component level.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Operation Logistics.
  • Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing, transport, material flow, and logistic costs management.
  • Teamwork and good communication skills.
  • Fluent business English.
