A leading global aerospace company is seeking a Test Cell Engineer in Querétaro, Mexico. The role involves analyzing engine performance, supporting Test Cell operations, and leading troubleshooting efforts. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, along with at least three years of experience, preferably with turbofan engines. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure. This is a permanent position with full-time hours.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aeronautical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of turbofan engines such as CFM56 and LEAP.
• Strong background in mechanics, thermodynamics, and aerodynamics principles.

Job Description

Able to provide support to the test cell operator / inspector either in technical knowledge or skills, also fully autonomous in the tasks related to Test Cell.

Able to perform technical analysis of engine performance, launch troubleshooting, technical calls with clients, focal point actions with the network, participate in client audits, authorities.

Responsibilities

• Test Cell Workscope (Creation /Validation)
• Technical Referent
• Performance summary (Creation /Validation)
• Monitoring of test cell data
• Direct the “Troubleshooting” actions in case of rejection in Test Cell
• Monitoring of “Test cell log book”
• Ensure compliance actions related from internal audit programs (IGP, Spot Audits, etc.)
• Follow POs creation
• Interpretation of ARINC alerts in Test Cell
• Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams
