Una empresa líder en soluciones de transporte busca un Profesional de Soporte Técnico VAS para ofrecer asistencia telefónica a los clientes que soliciten auxilio carretero. El candidato debe tener un título en Ingeniería Industrial o Mecatrónica, con 3 a 4 años de experiencia en la coordinación de equipos, excelente habilidad en el trato al cliente, y disponibilidad horaria. Se ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno colaborativo, que impacta la industria del transporte a nivel global.

Formación

What you will do

At (ENTITY) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

Responsibilities
  • Observe and respect the safety, environmental and labor standards established by the organization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities through institutional programs of Development Organizational and VPS (Volvo Production System) to optimize resources for benefits and income to the business where applicable.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the roadside rescue corresponding to customer calls via Volvo Group Mexico 01800 line.
  • Answer calls promptly and coordinate actions.
  • Locate the vehicle via telematics GPS (if the bus has it) to confirm the exact location when out of service.
  • Maintain CONSTANT contact with the customer in each call to confirm receipt, progress of rescue or technical support, actions on road and, if necessary, tow to the nearest Volvo workshop.
  • If possible provide the same technical assistance or, otherwise, route the call to the nearest Volvo Service Point or WSI Workshop.
  • Update and maintain with Service Managers and Maintenance Contracts a robust database for tow provider provisioning, activate new providers to increase coverage.
  • Be a key actor in achieving rescues on time and in full through teamwork.
  • Maintain and care for communications equipment and systems provided.
  • Prepare an incident log and keep on-duty colleagues informed for rescue follow-up.
  • Provide information for KPI reporting of Roadside Rescue “VAS”.
  • Develop action plans for deviations from objectives and customer complaints from Volvo rescue performance as per customer satisfaction reports.
  • Be fully available on the assigned shift (Morning, Afternoon, Night) to answer all 01800 calls and seek support from colleagues if multiple calls occur.
Qualifications
  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingenieria Mecánica / Mecatrónica o Afin.
  • Experiencia: 3 a 4 años en coordinación de equipos de trabajo, interdisciplinario en el área técnica administrativa, con excelente trato al cliente y manejo de conflictos.
  • Idioma: Inglés Básico.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad de horario (se rotan turnos).

Objetivo de la posición: Brindar el soporte telefónico inmediato a clientes de nuestro producto que nos contactan para solicitar auxilio carretero haciendo uso de la Linea 01800 de Volvo Action Service (VAS). Con el objetivo de lograr poner en servicio el autobús en problemas y/o enviarlo al Punto de servicio o Taller Volvo WSI mas cercano.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingenieria Mecánica / Mecatrónica o Afin.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia de 3 a 4 años en coordinación de equipos de trabajo, Interdisciplinario en el área Tecnica administrativa, con excelente trato al cliente y manejo de conflictos.
  • Idioma: Inglés Básico.
  • Disponibilidad de horario (se rolan turnos).
