Formación

This role is responsible for performing internal product tests, quantifying product value, and advising business leaders and customers on applications and equipment. It supports commercial teams through training, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations, contributing to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform internal product tests and report results to customers and commercial teams
  • Execute Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and deliver data-driven conclusions
  • Support key accounts through training, application startup, and troubleshooting
  • Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies
  • Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
  • Assist sales and QC teams with customer complaint investigations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret data for technical reports and presentations
  • Conduct successful lab trials and product demonstrations
  • Partner in account planning and value selling strategies
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma, Associate/Technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to become an expert in customer applications and internal technical service
  • Proficiency in electronic tools (e.g., SFDC, HBF tools)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, organized, and adaptable
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience with adhesives, applications, machinery, or substrates
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Understanding of value selling techniques
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Leadership potential and interest in increased responsibility
