Responsabilidades

Qualifications
  • Do you hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field?
  • Do you have a working level of English and feel comfortable communicating in an international environment?
  • Are you confident using IT tools to support your daily work?
  • Do you have a holistic understanding of our products and delivery process, and know how to balance the needs between sales and supply operations?
  • Do you have a strong technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet customer expectations?
  • Are you knowledgeable about the norms and requirements applicable to each project and ensure compliance throughout the process?
  • Do you take safety and environmental sustainability into account when choosing and implementing solutions?
Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in ensuring that every customer solution is technically sound, cost‑efficient, compliant, and aligned with KONE's high‑quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with supply lines, project management, installation, and maintenance teams to develop and implement optimal solutions for change orders, variations, and add‑work.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimations for both corporate and locally sourced materials, coordinate technical specifications, and ensure the proposed designs are fully installable, maintainable, and compliant with all local and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate solution lead times with Supply Line and local sourcing teams while maintaining a holistic view of design feasibility and lifecycle impact.
  • Evaluate installation and maintenance implications early in the process to secure seamless project execution and long‑term product performance.
  • Oversee the creation of layouts, analyze change requirements, and coordinate the work of CSE Engineers and Specialists to provide complete, well‑structured proposals.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to identify variation and add‑work opportunities and ensure that all stakeholders—from design to site supervision—receive the technical information they need.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights with Maintenance teams, participating in product and service release sessions, and offering input to product portfolio management regarding customization, standardization, and interface needs.
  • Support the Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) community by contributing to and utilizing the CSE case library, actively participating in both virtual and local networks, and handling the most demanding modernization projects with technical excellence and attention to detail.
