A leading software consultancy in Mexico is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their innovative team. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented software engineers experienced in frameworks like Ruby on Rails and React. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and demonstrate a proven track record in filling challenging positions. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers.
• Experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
• Must speak and write English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node.
• Administer and manage technical tests.
• Create and send job offers.
• Participate in daily standups with the hiring, sales, and management teams.
• Source and hire at least two software engineers each month.

What We Are Looking For:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Node, Ember, Angular, or Vue.
• You are experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
• You’re upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
• Administer and manage technical tests.
• Create and send job offers.
• Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
• Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.
