A recruitment firm is seeking a trilingual technical recruiter based in Mexico City or Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates for roles such as data engineers and MS Exchange engineers. Applicants must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in applicant tracking systems. This role is a contract position with no remote work available.

Formación

  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in pharma.
  • Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles.
  • Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing.

Our client needs a trilingual experienced technical recruiter in either Sao Paolo or Mexico City. The client is in the pharma industry. You will be working on roles such as: data engineer ms exchange engineer etc.

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in: English Spanish and Portuguese
  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Must reside in either Sao Paulo or Mexico City
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles such as data engineers and MS Exchange engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple languages and cultures
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
