Una organización social en América Latina busca un Tech Lead para supervisar su infraestructura de datos y el desarrollo tecnológico. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles técnicos, gestión de equipos y estará familiarizado con AWS y Salesforce. Esta posición es 100% remota y ofrece un compromiso de 40 horas a la semana con una compensación mensual en USD.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la infraestructura de datos usando arquitecturas de AWS y Salesforce.
• Demostrar experiencia en medición de impacto y recomendaciones basadas en datos.
• Implementar soluciones de automatización usando herramientas de código y sin código.
• Liderar un equipo técnico, asegurando la entrega oportuna de soluciones de alta calidad.

Role Description

We seek a Tech Lead to oversee our data infrastructure and technology development.

This role ensures our technological solutions are cutting-edge, managing data infrastructure, integrating systems, and leading the technical team.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for implementing scalable and efficient technologies that drive the impact of social organizations.

Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Development, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Infrastructure Management (20%)

• Manage data infrastructure using AWS and Salesforce architectures.


• Implement and maintain efficient data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.


• Using advanced knowledge in database modeling and data processing (ETL), ensure the information system is efficient and scalable.

2. Impact Measurement Methodologies (20%)

• Demonstrate expertise in Theory of Change, impact measurement indicators, and econometric models for causal inference.


• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the social impact of our initiatives.

3. AI and Generative AI Knowledge (20%)

• Knowledge of creating agents via code and no-code tools.


• Expertise with traditional AI models and recommendation systems.


• Leverage AI and generative models to develop scalable, efficient solutions.

4. Flow Automation (20%)

• Implement automation solutions using both code and no-code tools.

5. Technical Team Leadership (20%)

• Lead a technical team, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions with high-quality standards.


• Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain team motivation.

Requisitos

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in technical roles, leading teams, and managing data infrastructures.


• Expertise in Theory of Change, impact measurement indicators, and models for causal inference.


• Proven experience in leading technical teams, ensuring delivery of high quality solutions.

Certifications

AWS or Salesforce certification is highly valued.

Skills

• AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker Studio, API Rest, SQL / NoSQL databases, Python, React, CI / CD.


• Knowledge of AI agent construction (code and no-code), including platforms such as n8n and Zapier.


• Expertise in traditional AI models and recommendation systems.
