Description
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Expert Team focused on training, mentoring, facilitation, and session quality.
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining expert development with ownership of session quality and learning experience. You will work closely with experts to improve facilitation, engagement, and delivery, while also ensuring smooth coordination and long‑term collaboration with the expert pool.
What you will do
Expert Training & Enablement (Primary Focus)
- Coach and mentor experts in facilitation, delivery, and teaching best practices
- Observe live sessions and review recordings; provide clear, structured feedback
- Support improvements in session pacing, time management, engagement, and group dynamics
- Lead expert trainings, workshops, and calibration sessions
- Support development of public speaking and facilitation skills
Quality & Learning Experience
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure consistent session quality across experts, cohorts, and programs
- Monitor engagement, session dynamics, and learner feedback
- Identify quality gaps and support continuous improvement
Expert Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for experts during active programs
- Ensure experts are well‑prepared, aligned on expectations, and supported throughout delivery
- Build long‑term relationships with high‑performing experts
- Support onboarding and ramp‑up of new experts
- Address collaboration or quality issues when they arise
Operational Support (Secondary)
- Coordinate expert schedules, session dates, and workload allocation
- Support hiring by participating in interviews and onboarding of new experts
- Support contract and payment processes in collaboration with Ops / Finance
- Maintain visibility into expert availability and capacity
- Contribute to improving expert‑related workflows and processes

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, teaching, or people development within adult, professional, or corporate learning environments, including online or virtual formats
- Experience leading or coordinating people within projects, programs, or cross‑functional initiatives
- Experience observing, evaluating, and improving live sessions
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, including the ability to give clear and sometimes critical feedback
- Strong understanding of session pacing, time management, and engagement dynamics
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Analytical and observant mindset with attention to group dynamics and learning quality
Nice to Have
- Experience working technical experts or subject‑matter experts, including instructors or facilitators
- Familiarity with cohort‑based learning formats
- Experience collaborating with Product, Content, or Operations teams
